Words and photo by Cameron Hallett
Today I am coming home
But it is not to a house that I
Return
A place where wonder gets its
Turn
A place where there is always more to
Learn
Today I am coming home
But mountain peaks are not where I
Roam
A place where beauty finds a
Home
A place where water can splash and
Foam
Today I am coming home
But quiet is not what I
Seek
A place that is home to both the great and
Weak
A place where possibilities abound for those who under corals
Peek
Today I am coming home
But not to rest and hang
Around
A place where disco fish
Abound
A place where your steady breath is the only
Sound
Because today, I am coming home
I will return to the water
For when I am in the ocean
I am home
