Kids can decorate holiday cookies at Sanibel Sea School's Luminary Stroll event.

On December 7th, Sanibel Sea School will open its doors from 5:30 to 9 PM as part of the 34th Annual Sanibel Luminary Stroll. The organization, located at 455 Periwinkle Way, will offer fun activities, beverages and snacks, and festive holiday décor for all ages to enjoy.

“We love participating in the Luminary Stroll every year,” said development director Chrissy Basturk. “It’s the perfect opportunity to visit with friends and neighbors and kick off the holiday season in our community.” This year, Sea School will offer ocean-themed ornament making, cookie decorating, craft beer and wine, food from the grill, music, and a slideshow of surfing photos and videos projected outside. All are invited to stop by and say hello.

Sanibel Sea School is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the ocean’s future, one person at a time. To learn more, visit sanibelseaschool.org.
